Questions

Before you book.

How long does a licence take?

Transport Canada asks for at least 45 hours of flight training, and most students need 60 to 70. At two or three lessons a week, most finish in TBC months.

What does it cost in total, and what's included?

The SR20 G7+ is $695 an hour. Your total depends on the hours you need; the Private Pilot Licence estimate lists every cost. The rate is wet, so fuel is included; insurance and Billy Bishop fees: TBC. Instructors are $195 an hour.

Do I need a medical?

Yes. A Category 1, 3 or 4 medical for your student pilot permit, before your first solo, and a Category 3 for the licence. A Civil Aviation Medical Examiner does it.

Can I train in my own Cirrus?

TBC Talk to us about your aircraft.

What comes after my licence?

Rent the SR20, add your Instrument Rating, or talk to us about owning a Cirrus.
